How do I schedule an appointment?
Please click the "Book now" button in the upper right hand corner to request an appointment. You can also call the office at (801) 508-4686 for scheduling.
Do you take insurance?
I’m considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. This means you are responsible for paying the session fee at the time of service. Upon request, I’m happy to provide you with a receipt that you can include when filing an insurance claim with your insurance company.
Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?
At this time, I only offer virtual sessions.
What if I can’t wait and need help after hours (24/7 support)?
If you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed or are having thoughts of harming yourself, please contact the Crisis Call Center at 988. Or, text HOME to 741741 to contact the Crisis Text Line.
You can also call 911 or go to any emergency department to ask for immediate help with a mental or emotional crisis.
I do not offer crisis services. I support you in receiving the care that best suits your needs and, when necessary, may refer you to community providers who are better able to address those needs.
